How it works

FOR HOMES & VACATION RENTALS
Client must check in before we can decorate and arrange room access with the hotel in advance. Plan to check in on time or early, and confirm with the front desk how Designed Gatherings will be permitted to access the room. We'll set up while you're away and text you when your surprise is ready.
Provide us with an access code, key, or arrange for someone to let us in. The area being decorated must be clean and ready for setup before we arrive.
Set up can take between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the package and extra details.
You'll have plenty of time to take your loved one out for dinner and return to a picture-perfect surprise.
All packages come with a small clean up kit which includes scissors, trash bags & pins.
Next-day decor removal starts at $150 ~ we will return the next day to take down and remove all decor. This service must be added at time of booking.
Please note: Hotels may charge substantial cleaning fees if décor is not removed and the room is not left in accordance with hotel policies.
Designed Gatherings is based in Colorado Springs and offers surprise room decorating throughout the surrounding area, from Castle Rock to Pueblo and Cripple Creek to Calhan. Locations outside Colorado Springs city limits are subject to an additional $2-per-mile travel fee.
